Terms of sale

Provisional working document pending legal review. Sales are not open; 1 December 2026 does not automatically activate them.

1. Status of the document

These terms of sale are being prepared.

WENVOLIA’s sales are not yet open. These terms are intended to take effect no earlier than 1 December 2026, subject to completion of the administrative, contractual and technical requirements.

These terms must be completed and reviewed before any commercial opening.

3. Purpose and scope

WENVOLIA offers digital travel guides and resources and personalised itinerary-design services.

These terms govern purchases of digital products on the website.

Personalised services are subject to additional specific conditions.

WENVOLIA does not sell transport tickets, accommodation nights, stays or package holidays and does not make bookings on behalf of its clients.

4. Digital products

Digital products offered by WENVOLIA include:

  • Travel guides in PDF format.
  • Planners and digital tools.
  • Supplementary digital resources.

Each product page presents the product’s essential characteristics, content, format and price.

Content is intended for personal use. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited, subject to exceptions provided by law.

5. Prices and tax

Prices are stated in euros.

The total price payable will be presented to the customer before the order is confirmed.

The applicable VAT scheme will be the scheme actually applicable to the business at the time of sale.

Tax statement to be completed after confirmation of the scheme: French VAT exemption and applicable legal reference.

No additional amount may be charged without prior information and the customer’s agreement where required.

6. Payment arrangements

Accepted payment methods will be stated on the website when sales open.

Payment will be made through the payment provider actually configured on the website.

An order will be considered paid after effective confirmation of the transaction.

Sensitive banking data will not be stored directly by WENVOLIA when processed by the payment provider.

7. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are intended to be provided as downloadable files.

Delivery will occur after payment confirmation, under the technical arrangements stated on the product page and at checkout.

The final delivery system and access times must be confirmed before sales open.

For access or download difficulties, customers may contact WENVOLIA at wenvolia.contact@gmail.com.

8. Right of withdrawal — digital content

Under the French Consumer Code, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts, subject to exceptions provided by law.

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may cease to apply when the legal conditions are met.

When the customer expressly requests immediate supply of digital content before the withdrawal period ends, they must:

  • Give their prior express consent.
  • Expressly acknowledge losing their right of withdrawal under the legal conditions.

This request and acknowledgement will be collected at checkout and confirmed on a durable medium.

Absence of consent cannot be treated as a waiver.

Loss of the right of withdrawal does not remove the statutory guarantees applicable to digital content.

9. Statutory guarantees and complaints

Digital products benefit from applicable statutory guarantees, including the statutory conformity guarantee for digital content and services.

For an inaccessible, defective, incomplete file or one that does not match its description, customers may contact WENVOLIA to report the problem.

Consumers’ statutory rights remain applicable.

No provision of these terms may remove guarantees or remedies provided by law.

10. Travel-planning services

Personalised itinerary-design services are subject to separate specific conditions.

They concern research, advice and the design of a travel programme adapted to the customer’s needs.

They do not constitute the sale of a stay or tourism services booked by WENVOLIA.

Performance, payment, withdrawal and cancellation arrangements will be detailed in the Service conditions.

11. Bookings and tourism providers

WENVOLIA does not book transport, accommodation or activities on behalf of its clients.

WENVOLIA does not collect payments intended for tourism providers.

Customers freely choose their providers and make bookings and payments directly with them.

Contracts with those providers are subject to their own contractual conditions.

12. Consumer mediation

WENVOLIA must join a consumer-mediation scheme with a listed mediator, in accordance with applicable provisions.

The following information must be completed before sales open:

  • Mediator’s name: to be provided.
  • Postal address: to be provided.
  • Website: to be provided.

Consumers will be able to use the competent mediator free of charge after first sending a written complaint to WENVOLIA and under the applicable legal conditions.

13. Personal-data protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the WENVOLIA privacy policy available on the website.

Customers will be able to consult that policy for processing purposes, retention periods, recipients and how to exercise their rights.

14. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are subject to French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

In case of difficulty, customers are invited to contact WENVOLIA first to seek an amicable solution.

Consumer mediation remains available under the conditions provided by law.

15. Entry into force and changes

These terms cannot take effect until finalised and published before sales open.

Any subsequent change must be communicated to customers under applicable rules.

Provisional document — working version not yet legally reviewed.

Points still requiring confirmation

The online withdrawal mechanism applicable since 19 June 2026, its application to each contract and the conditions for loss of digital-content withdrawal rights remain to be documented and reviewed. Their implementation is not active.

The privacy policy must be updated to reflect actual processing, including accounts, CRM, administrative documents and AI analysis, with verified recipients and retention periods. The current notice does not yet establish that these requirements are finalised.

Product types listed in this working document do not confirm the availability of each product. Only confirmed catalogue products may be offered when sales open.
